How many people can join?
Up to 20 members and 2 leaders. Both leaders share the running of it — awards, approvals and history stay in sync.
Is it right for my kind of team?
If you’ve got up to 20 people and something worth recognising, yes. Clubs, classrooms and workplace teams all run on the same setup.
Do members need an email address?
No. Members sign in with a team code, a username and a PIN — nothing else. Only leaders use an email address.
Can I run a team and a family on one account?
You’ll need a separate email address for each. One email address belongs to one team or one family, so a coach who also runs a family at home signs in to each with its own.
Does it cost anything?
Free while in beta, no credit card. If paid plans arrive, beta teams get plenty of notice.
Is any real money involved?
No. Members collect and redeem the points you award, for rewards you define, and every redemption waits for your approval.
